Shipping and returns

All orders are shipped within 3-4 working days of you placing the order. Delivery time is between 2-4 days once we have shipped the item.

However once the item is in the postal system the delivery times are out of our control and during busy periods the delivery time may be longer. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! 

Return and refunds.
The company Chloe the medium has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to contact me by email at chloespiritmedium@hotmail.com. We will have 5 working days to assess the return reason. If your return is accepted, return postage is payable by yourself.

To ensure the safe return of the parcel you must pay for tracking service. If you fail to pay for tracking and the parcel is lost we will not refund your item.

When your parcel has arrived back to us we will ensure that the crystal is unused and not damaged and we will assess this within 5 working days. If we approve your return, your refund will be processed not including any postage originally paid or postage paid by you for the return of the crystal.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
